Our website, fastpera.com, does not set any commissions for using money. The service operates with full integrity. We do not charge any commissions. Our services are completely free for you to use.

Your financial institution outlines the fees for late payments in your contract. Lenders in the Philippines set their own interest rates and penalties for failure to pay.

It is important to note that all financial relationships are between you and your financial institution, not fastpera.com. We are not a lender and never act as such. As a service, we only match borrowers and financial entities by offering a selection of companies that provide cash loans up to ₱25000 for a period of four months.

The financial institution will determine its own policies regarding loan provision and payment. The user agrees to the terms online directly on the lender’s website. You, as the borrower, may choose to accept or decline the terms offered in the loan terms. Your agreement details the loan amount, currency, period of use for the funds, and your obligations.

fastpera.com cannot access your loan agreements. If you have questions regarding your loan agreement or repayment, contact your financial institution directly through the means of communications detailed on their website.

Intermediary Responsibilities Policy

We represent Fininity OÜ, which acts a credit broker. We are not a lender. fastpera.com does not directly offer any type of loans or consumer loan products.

Maximum/Minimum Repayment Periods and Maximum Interest Rate

The loans offered on fastpera.com have a minimum repayment period of 120 days (four months) and a maximum of 180 days (six months). APRs range from 0% to 36%. Interest rates vary from lender to lender.

Collection Policy

fastpera.com does not collect payments. Your lender will contact you by regular mail, email, or phone to outline a repayment schedule. Please contact your lender to determine their collection process, as the terms may vary.

Consequences of Default

If you cannot repay on time, your lender may start the collection process as per the loan agreement. Your lender will often contact you to arrange an alternative repayment schedule. This could result in additional fees or interest. Lenders also have an option to file a lawsuit against you. Consider contacting your lender before missing a payment to find out what collection policy they have and discuss your repayment options.

Late Payments

Please contact your lender directly if you think that you cannot repay your loan on time. Lenders may be able to extend or renew your loan under the initial terms and conditions. Terms and late payment options vary by lender. Please note that late payments may result in additional fees or interest and may also negatively affect your credit score.

Extension Policy

If you would like to extend your loan, you should contact your lender before missing a payment. Most lenders charge the same interest rate and commissions for another month on the total amount due. The loan may be renewed or extended automatically in the event of late or nonpayment. Additional interest and/or fees may be charged to your account. Please, think carefully before extending your loan, as doing so may substantially increase the amount you pay.
